You were asked to confirm volunteer hours
A volunteer sent you a sign-off link. Confirm the entries you supervised, lower the hours if they are too high, or decline. No account, about a minute.
What confirming means
- You confirm only entries you supervised or can vouch for. You can lower the hours or decline an entry with a short note.
- Your name, role and organization appear on the volunteer's record. Your email or phone is never shown and Goodtally never contacts you.
- Once you confirm, the entry is locked. If the volunteer deletes it, it disappears from their record; it can never be edited to say something you did not confirm.
- No account, no cookies. Your answer is stored with the entry and nothing else about you is kept.
Coordinating many volunteers? Ask each one to send a link; you can confirm several entries at once in one screen.
